Hey guys I've been using a simple method that works very well on Facebook. Don't want to make this long but here goes the steps
1. Get a new pva Facebook account
2. Choose a niche
3. Find fan pages related to that niche
4. Go to the fan page and check recent page posts
5. Target the people that liked the latest post by clicking on the number of likes on the post
6. Right click each person and save to a notepad. This will take time but it will pay off
7. After you save at least 50 people start requesting them
8. After they accept your request you will create a niche group
9 add everyone to the group
10. Blast cpa promos related to that niche
