CPALEAD content locker : How to use it with pre-made landing page or Blogger??

This is Galactico from Bangladesh. Know its not introductory section but this is my first post in CPAHERO as well.

I had ques and looking for desperate help.

How can I use Cpalead content locker?

Like, I have a Fake Clash of Clan h@ck tool or landing page.

How can I use that with content locker? How can I use that landing page with blogger, where content locker will pop-up for completing surveys(like people do).

Experts please come up and let me know with a clear and specific instruction, as i allready with this topic in couple of forum, but still not understanding..painful

[@CPAleadJustin, @CPAleadTom] would be nice if you guys can give/publish any tutorial simply on that topic.

[N.B. I am still not anyone's under in CPALEAD, so if anyone can help with my CPALEAD journey[surely with some quality earning methods], will be you referral :)
