When can i know the result of seo?

Hi i would like to ask if when can i know the result of seo?
I am doing seo in one of the tools IBP i just do step by step but the problem is this is my first time to use a tool or even manual seo
I was doing steps in the internet from blogs youtube and also in IBP internet business promoter but the problem is i dont know if all step that i already did if its working or not.. i can't check the result just now..
How can i know if my blog and title is in google?
