Wonder if can you guys recommend any good CPA network that pay weekly from day 1? I'm also looking for content lockers imitating download sites, so i can push this incentive traffic above and beyond.
I've tried a couple of weekly PPD's before but they all went zombie mode, not even a single response.
I would also appreciate if you could share the average earnings from one download :) Dont know what to expect from what traffic. Mainly targetting usa.
