Question about outsourcing

So I've heard of a lot of people outsourcing their posting/traffic driving to micro job sites and fiverr.

What types of gigs should I purchase to drive traffic to my offers? Or could anyone link me to any specific gigs?
Also does anyone outsource freelancers? If so how did it go?
