Which is better option for promoting HEALTH PRODUCT?

I am starting to promote health product on YOUTUBE. So regarding this i need some suggestion. Should i concentrate on only on product to promote or all product? Creating a video is not the problem for me. Which will be a better option. Promoting on product or promoting all product.

Which health product converts well. Men Health Product or Women Health Product? And please if you have any extra tips please share with me.
