Anyone here familiar with Aweber?

I am new to Aweber and I can not get my java script for my form to work for the life of me. I am pretty familiar with javascript and html5 but I can not get my java script snippet to work on my site. The raw html option works fine but I want to use a lightbox form and you have to use a javascript snippet for that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. PM me if you want to talk through skype.

Note: If you have never used Aweber this thread isn't going to make much sense.
