Can Scrapebox Scrape E-mails From Craigslist & Automate The Sending For A Fiverr Gig

I would like to know if it's possible to use scrapebox to contact people
who post for someone wanted to design some logos.

From what I've been finding out they really limit the email sending & posting
of ads.
