Hey guys I wanted to share this niche because it works very well. It does best on Facebook & Twitter. The niche is nice apartments. Have a form for people to fill out as if they're getting a really nice apartment - (make sure to have pictures) and put a content locker on the final page and tell them to complete an offer that's apart of the app process.
