Did you guys hear something about offers from facebook / Twitter for developing countries like India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria ?

I did tests with this offers in 3 networks and results are controversial.

Now I`m trying to get this offer from Top reliable network, do you know someone who has this offers?

Also I`m interested in Blackberry, LINK WW, or other similar but for tier 2-3 countries.
